If you want to know a fun game that helps you to get to know someone, then you ought to play This or That! This game poses questions involving two choices in which the player must answer with one of the choices, even if neither of them really appeals to the person. This or That questions can be funny and outrageous, serious, or mundane.
Ways to Play
When it comes to This or That, there are a couple of different ways you can play. First of all, all players must be on board with the idea of playing in order to have a successful game; after all, it's a game to get to know someone! It's also a fun way to pass some time and start a conversation. Here are some playing options.
- Take Turns: Many people playing this game will choose to simply take turns asking their This or That questions. This is the simplest way to play and requires the least thought when asking questions!
- Series of Questions: Make a rule for how many questions you can ask on each turn, usually three or five. This works well if you have a list of questions already prepared to ask!
- Disagreement Switch Off: This is my favorite version of the game as it allows you to get to know the person while they learn about you! You begin by asking your first question, already knowing your own answer in mind. If their answer is the same, move onto your next question. If their answer is different than what you would have answered, call it out and switch turns.

Once you have asked all of the questions you can think of, you should now know quite a bit more about the person you are playing with than you did before you started the game! This game works great as an icebreaker game on a first date and is the perfect tool at gauging compatibility! All I know is if they choose turkey bacon over real bacon, it's a deal-breaker.

This and thats are usually very fun, but after a while it starts to be to predictable, which makes it somewhat boring... BUT THIS IS SO CREATIVE AND FUN!!!!! It was perfect. It had questions that almost nobody asks, and I like that. I'm very proud of the possible time and effort that was used to create this. I loved how it was divided into big sections, and then even smaller sections. I have some questions too:
